Tender venison with gourmet sauces class in Basin Oct. 24
UW Extension’s Community Vitality and Health Educator Melissa Cook, along with Merlaine Cook, will teach a tender venison with gourmet sauces class Thursday, Oct. 24 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Basin First Baptist Church.
Attendees will learn about the nutritional benefits of venison, as well as how to prepare it with three gourmet sauces.
The class is free and open to all, but space is limited.
