Barbara Ann Howell

Barbara Ann Howell passed away peacefully on June 7, 2024.
Barbara was born Oct. 31, 1979, the daughter of the late Bobby Howell and Anita Eibert. 
Barbara attended school at Little Snake River Valley school in Baggs, Wyo. In 1995 Barbara won in her age division in Miss Outstanding Teenager of Wyoming. She was on the National Honor Roll and her favorite part of high school was cheerleading.
Barbara had a passion for interior decorating, flowers and loved working in her flower garden. She is survived by her fiancé Jason Vannasdale; mother and stepfather Anita and Dean Eibert of Basin; sons Anthony Eibert of Colorado Springs, Colo., Corbin Slattery of Sioux Falls S.D. and Trenton Slattery of Mitchell, S.D.; one sister, Crystal Howell of Basin, and one brother, Matt Howell of Baggs; two grandchildren and numerous nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Howell, and one niece.
A memorial service is planned for July 12, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the Valley Community Center in Baggs with Joel Henderson officiating. Flowers may be sent to the Valley Community Center in Baggs the day prior to the service.
