Charcuterie board class May 10 in Shell

Big Horn County Extension and the Shell Bar are collaborating to offer a charcuterie board adult class that will be held at the bar Saturday, May 10 from 2 to 4 p.m.

This interactive event, which will be led by Gretchen Gasvoda, is designed for adults eager to master the art of creating stunning and delectable charcuterie boards, incorporating a range of cheeses, cured meats, fruits, nuts, and other gourmet accompaniments.

Attendees will receive hands-on instruction, offering tips and techniques to elevate their hosting and entertaining skills. The class promises a fun and engaging atmosphere where participants can expand their gastronomic repertoire and discover innovative ways to present culinary delights.

The fee is $25.
