G-R wrestlers open season with dual in Thermopolis

The middle school wrestling season begins later this week when  Greybull-Riverside hits the road for a dual in Thermopolis and a tournament in  Lovell.
This year’s roster stands at 19, which includes 15 boys and four girls.
The boys squad consists of Braxten Link, Riley Wiggins, Levi Cochrane, Liam Wisehart, Tell Edeler, Marshall Brown, Ben Jacobs, Noah Blakely, Eric VanHeule, Thomas Saunders, Kenneth McClure, Jaxon Womack, Denton Nyberg, Hunter Craft and Isaiah Palato.
Kaluha Woolsey, Autumn Lewis, Maythe Garay and Sophia Wilkinson form the girls team.
Today’s dual in Thermopolis begins at 4 p.m.
Saturday’s Lovell tournament starts at 10 a.m.
Mark Sanford is the team’s head coach.  Assisting him this season will be Tom Harrington, Nathan Hetzel and Nicole Bertolini.
