Help light up Basin with Christmas lights
“In November, people are good to each other. They carry pies to each other’s homes and talk by crackling wood stoves, sipping mellow cider. They travel very far on a special November day just to share a meal with one another and to give thanks for their many blessings.”
— Cynthia Rylant
Please get your Christmas lights up and turned on by this Saturday. We want the town lit up for all the visitors in town for the holiday event. Especially those businesses and homes on C Street and Fourth Street. If you need help putting up lights, give us a call at 307-272-6844. We have solar lights, too!
Thank you, Christopherson family, for the loan of an old truck. See the truck that was decorated by two of the Basin Beautification Committee (Wende and Diana). It is on the northeast corner of Fourth and C streets. It is ready for family selfies during Home for the Holidays. Thank you, Overland Express, for allowing us to park it there.
The chamber’s Christmas Bazaar and Little Shoppers is Dec. 13. If you would like a vendor form, please email basinchamber@gmail.com
