The Riverside Lady Rebels had a victorious weekend over their competition, the Meeteetse Lady Longhorns and the Dubois Lady Rams. On Thursday, the Rebels traveled to Meeteetse to face the less formidable opponent and came out on top, winning 57-10.

Senior Night was observed at Riverside High School on Friday evening, recognizing Johnna Clifford, Varissa Olsen and Brooklynn Paxton, as well as manager, Julie Earl. This event serves as an occasion to formally appreciate their dedication and significant contributions over four years at Riverside High School.

The seniors concluded their home basketball careers with a victory against Dubois, 59-34. “The school takes great pride in their achievements and commitment to both the program and Riverside High School. Of particular significance, Brooklynn Paxton matched her school record for single-game points by scoring 31, a milestone which will stand for some time,” observed Coach Hamilton.

The Rebels regular season will conclude Saturday night in Burlington, followed by preparations for regional competition from February Feb. 26-28 in Lander.

“We wish to express our sincere gratitude to all supporters who demonstrated steadfast encouragement throughout the season. Your enthusiasm contributed to each game, and the team greatly values your presence and support. Thank you for being as essential part of the Riverside community,” commented Coach Hamilton.
