Lady Rebels sweep Meeteetse and St. Stephens

The Riverside Lady Rebels had successful game play at home this weekend, racking up two conference wins against the Meeteetse Lady Longhorns and the St. Stephens Lady Eagles.

The Rebels were able to secure a win over the Longhorns on Thursday in three sets with scores of 25-9, 25-16, and 25-8. “The team continues to grow individually and more importantly, as a team.  We are working well together, embracing everyone’s strengths,” Coach Cindi Smith commented about the girls.

The Rebels prevailed over the Eagles on Friday with scores of 25-4, 25-6, and 25-1. Coach Smith also said of the Rebels, “We are also able to give everyone playing time, building our bench experience. It was great to earn to conference wins.”
