Letter to the Editor: Disrespect shown to an elected official was embarrassing

Dear editor:

With respect, I don’t believe Mrs. Flitner and I attended the same Harriet Hageman town hall.  (See Mary Flitner letter to the editor, June 25, 2025.)  

More than once, I had trouble hearing Mrs. Hageman over the chorus of screeching naysayers and foul-mouthed detractors, none of whom seemed interested in what she had to say.  The disrespect shown to an elected official was embarrassing.
