Local wresters notch wins at Cosmic Clash

Local wrestlers Loomis Alexander of Greybull and Kade Good and Sawyer Hetzel of Greybull spent last weekend in Denver, competing at a black light tournament known as the Cosmic Clash hosted by RMN Events.

The tournament, which was held at the National Western Event Center,  attracted wrestlers from more than 35 states.

All three of the locals won at least one match.

Hetzel, the only one of them to place, went 1-2 which was good for sixth in the 66-pound division of the 8-and-under age group.

Alexander, wrestling in the 18-and-under division, went 2-2 at 150 pounds, while Good, at 50 pounds, posted a 1-2 record in the 6-and-under division.
