Michael Lamar Scott, 76, a longtime resident of Basin, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at his home.
He was born on May 23, 1949, in Powell, Wyoming, to Hershel and Audrey (Fleming) Scott. Michael proudly served four years in the United States Navy and was awarded the Silver Star for his distinguished service in Vietnam.
