Midway Golf to host July 13 tournament, wake in honor of the late Jeff Probst

A wake for longtime Greybull resident Jeff Probst and a memorial golf tournament to raise money for his beloved Midway Golf Club is planned for Saturday, July 13.

According to organizers, the four-person scramble will start at 10 a.m. They invite the public to “come play a little golf and remember some good times about Jeff and his golf.” 

If you don’t golf, come when it ends, share your memories of him and maybe enjoy one of his favorite drinks, a gin-and-tonic, during the social hour. 

A meal and the memorial wake service will follow the golf, starting at approximately 4 p.m. 

For golfers, the entry fee is $50 per player, $200 per team. Men will play the white tees, women the reds. The tournament will pay out $300 to the winning team, $200 for second and $100 for third.
