Mountain Spirit Habitat for Humanity seeks partner families

Mountain Spirit Habitat for Humanity, based in Powell, is still accepting applications for 2025 new home builds. Mountain Spirit Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization in Park County directly addressing affordable housing. 

Habitat does not give away houses; instead, future homeowners partner with the non-profit organization to build and pay an affordable mortgage. In 2024, Mountain Spirit Habitat for Humanity built two homes in Cody. The application period closes Dec. 31, 2024. Homeowner selection will be decided early 2025.
