Plans have been received from the architect of the proposed Wyoming State Tuberculosis Sanatorium, showing the location of the proposed buildings and the manner in which the grounds will be laid out. Contrary to the general understanding, the main building is not to be located at the head of Fifth Street, but is to be located just a little east of Sixth Street, on a level piece of ground which seems to the architect to be more suitable than the site originally chosen.

The act climaxed a campaign to increase Sunday school attendance which had been averaging between 50 and 60 each week. Kelley told the church school youngsters that if they ever managed to reach 100 he would eat dinner atop the church. He added that the meal must be brought to him on the roof by Mrs. Eddie Johnson.

Tuesday morning, Jan. 2, 2001, dawned crisp and cold. Betty Winterholler could relax and enjoy a hot cup of coffee without giving a thought to scurrying around to get ready for work. After 15-1/2 years behind the scenes at the Big Horn County Library, Winterholler has opted for retirement.
