Patrick S. Smith

Patrick S. Smith of Burlington, Wyo., passed away on May 20, 2023, surrounded by his family, at Billings Clinic Hospital in Billings, Mont.
Patrick was born to Jack and Sandy Smith on July 2, 1973, in Aurora, Colo. He attended high school in Billings, Mont., before obtaining his GED.
He then married his first wife, Sara Glover, who bore their two children, Ashley and Cameron. Patrick and Sara later divorced, and he met Victoria Kramer. Patrick and Victoria married and happily spent the rest of their lives together until Vickie’s untimely death in 2019. Patrick and Vick- ie were in a horrific car accident that took Vickie’s life and left Patrick gravely injured and widowed. Though he recovered from his physical injuries, he never fully emotionally recovered from the loss of his love. He is sure to be much happier and at peace now that he is with her again.
He is survived by his father Jack Smith of Burlington, Wyo., brother William Smith of Rozet, Wyo., sister DeAnita Bowker of Billings, Mont., children Ashley Zimmerman of Powell, Wyo., and Cameron Smith of Billings, Mont., and grandchildren Damien and Willow Zimmerman.
Patrick was preceded in death by his mother Sandy Smith and wife Victoria Smith. A celebration of life will be scheduled later this year.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Atwood Family Funeral Directors of Basin, Wyo.
