The following calls were received by the Basin Police Department last week (Persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and charges made upon initial arrest may be amended or dismissed as determined by the County Attorney):

November 25 — Resident on South Sixth Street reported information to an officer.

Recieved a REDDI report on Hwy 30 near the First Baptist Church.

Suspicious male was reported near TCT West on South Fourth Street.

Extra patrol was done at the Basin School.

November 26 — Resident on South Sixth Street reported information to an officer.

A VIN inspection was done at the Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office (BHCSO).

A business check was done at the Overland Express Mart.

Suspicious vehicle on North Eighth Street.

Officer assisted the general public at the Wyoming Retirement Center (WRC).

Extra patrol was done at the Basin School.

November 27 — Resident on South Sixth Street reported information to an officer.

Two VIN inspection were done at the BHCSO.

Extra patrol was done at Mount View Cemetery.

November 28 — Officer assisted the general public on South Sixth Street.

Extra patrol was done at Mount View Cemetery.

An officer assisted with locked vehicle and children left inside at the Overland Express Mart.

Extra patrol was done at the Basin School.

November 29 — Officer assisted the general public on South Sixth Street.

Basin Police assisted the general public at Valley Hardware.

November 30 — A family called the BHCSO to thank an officer for his assistance the other day.  

Business check was done at the Comfort Zone.

Community relations was given on South Third Street.

A horse trailer with horse and dog in it was parked at the Big Horn County Fairgrounds.

Extra patrol was done at the Basin School.

December 1 — The owner who left the horse trailer at the Big Horn County Fairgrounds on November 30 showed up.

Extra patrol was done at the Basin School.
