Rebels enjoy successful regional meet

Whisenant, Bassett win multiple events

The Riverside Rebels wrapped up the regular season May 16-17 at the Class 1A West Regional track and field meet in Shoshoni.

Reece Whisenant, Vinaya VanderPloeg, Varissa Olsen, and Kennedy Bassett earned all-conference honors.  Whisenant and Bassett are both multi-event regional champions who have qualified for the state meet in four events.  

The state meet will be held today (Thursday, May 22) through Saturday, May 24 in Casper.
