Jan. 28, 1944 – Dec. 5, 2015Robert James Kampbell, 71, of Basin, passed away Saturday, Dec. 5 at the Wyoming Retirement Center in Basin.A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, at the First Baptist Church in Basin, with Pastor Tim Trippel officiating. Burial with military graveside rites will be held at Mount View Cemetery immediately following the memorial service.A reception for family and friends will be held in the First Baptist Church gymnasium immediately following the graveside service.A complete obituary will follow in next week’s newspaper.
