Seeking names and addresses of local deployed military
“A big part of being happy is being excited. Be excited for everything — making a cup of tea, seeing a friend, the next episode of your favorite show, buying something you’ve been saving up for, sunsets, traveling, falling in love. Live a life you are excited about.” — Unknown
The chamber is helping with Christmas boxes for our deployed military personnel. If you know one with local ties, please submit their name and address to us. The boxes will be mailed in mid-November.
Thank you to Sister Mackey, Sister Vance and Susan Wynn from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for bringing all 8,000 or so totes up from the basement. The totes are filled with items for Little Shoppers. We are set for items except a few more are things needed for the men’s section.
Vendor forms for the 2025 Christmas Bazaar are in the foyer of the chamber.
Raising Readers is looking for a board member in this area. If you are interested, please let me know. This is information about the group: “Since 2002, Raising Readers in Wyoming provides beautiful new books to all children in the State of Wyoming as part of children’s well child health care visits, encouraging parents to read with their young children.”
