TRH receives $20,000 grant to expand in-home services

Three Rivers Health has announced a $20,000 grant award from the Wyoming Community Foundation to support expansion of in-home services for patients, with plans to eventually include home dialysis care. 

This investment reflects a shared commitment to providing compassionate, accessible healthcare that meets patients where they are—right in their homes. These efforts are made possible in part by a grant from the Gordon and Edna Sykes Endowment Fund of the Wyoming Community Foundation.

“Members of our community have asked for alternatives for patients needing local dialysis, and Three Rivers Health is working diligently toward making this possible,” said Jeff Petty, chairman of the TRH board. “We continue to expand services to provide quality local care, and it’s encouraging to see how far the organization has come in recent years.”

Three Rivers Health is a community-based healthcare organization serving Big Horn County and the surrounding region, offering a full continuum of care including in-home services, visiting nurse programs, outpatient and specialty services, and community outreach initiatives.
