The following calls were received by the Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office: (Persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and charges made upon initial arrest may be amended or dismissed as determined by the Court:

June 15 - 11:58 a.m.: A cow was reported out on Highway 31 in Manderson. 

12:21 p.m.: A citation was issued in a traffic stop at South Sherman Avenue and Highway 20 South in Manderson. 

6:21 p.m.: Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office dispatch assisted Washakie County. 

8:31 p.m.: Overdue ATV riders were reported to BHCSO on Murphy Street in Basin. 

June 16 - 10:28 a.m.: A calf was reported out on Highway 31 in Manderson. 

2:09 p.m.: A vehicle with a flat tire was reported partially blocking the lane of travel. 

3:52 p.m.: An abandoned vehicle was reported on Highway 310 in Greybull. 

June 17 - 1:34 p.m.: A dog was found on Highway 20 South in Basin. 

3:07 p.m.: A R.E.D.D.I. report was called in on a silver Ford sedan at Greybull Avenue and North Sixth Street in Greybull, officers were unable to locate. 

June 18 - 9:03 a.m.: A dog problem was reported on Highway 20 in Greybull. 

10:51 a.m.: A caller reported four rogue horses on their property on Lane 39 in Otto. 

12:35 p.m.: A scam was reported to Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office on Murphy Street in Basin. 

8:40 p.m.: A credit card was found on North Seventh Street in Basin. 

9:18 p.m.: An officer assisted the public at Richardson Avenue and North Eighth Street in Basin. 

10:44 p.m.: Shots fired were reported on Forest Service Road 17 in Big Horn County, cleared by patrol. 

June 19 - 3:58 p.m.: A camper was reported as an abandoned vehicle after overstaying at Ranger Creek Recreation Area in Bighorn National Forest. 

9:37 p.m.: BHCSO assisted the public when a person arrived in the lobby of the Sheriff’s Office looking for a place to sleep. 

June 20 - 6 a.m.: Injured wildlife on Highway 30 in Burlington was referred to another agency. 

11:16 a.m.: A water issue was reported on Lane 40 in Burlington. 

2:03 p.m.: The reporting party called in a fire in their neighbor’s yard on Big Horn Avenue in Basin. 

3:10 p.m.: Smoke was reported on Highway 14/16/20 in Greybull, officers were unable to locate. 

8:03 p.m.: A R.E.D.D.I. report was made on Highway 14 in Greybull. 

9:19 p.m.: Horses were reported out alongside Highway 14 in Shell, officers were unable to locate. 

June 21 - 7:11 a.m.: Cows were reported out on Highway 14 in Shell. 

1:06 p.m.: BHCSO assisted Basin Police Department on South Sixth Street in Basin. 

4:43 p.m.: Dispatch assisted a tourist with vehicle troubles on Highway 14 in Shell. 

5:05 p.m.: A brush fire was reported on Highway 20 South in Manderson. 

5:30 p.m.: Suspicious circumstances were cleared by patrol on Golf Course Road in Greybull. 

7:17 p.m.: BHCSO assisted Wyoming Highway Patrol at South Fourth Street and B Street in Basin. 

7:37 p.m.: Suspicious circumstances were reported on South Sixth Street in Basin, information was taken. 

8:47 p.m.: BHCSO assisted Greybull Police Department at Third Avenue North in Greybull. 

8:53 p.m.: A suspicious person reported on Orchard Bench Road in Basin was cleared by patrol. 

9:46 p.m.: Two black calves were reported out on Highway 30 in Otto, officers were unable to locate. 

ARRESTS

Lionel Coty Brinkerhoff was arrested in Lovell on Friday, June 20 for a misdemeanor bond violation, served two days. 

Dana Sue Peterson was arrested on Highway 14 on Friday, June 20 on three misdemeanor charges: DWUI alcohol .08% BAC or greater, interference with a peace officer and improper lane usage, served two days. 

Nathan Carl Wylie was arrested on Thursday, June 18 on Highway 20 South on a Probation and Parole arrest and hold, released after one day.
