The following calls were received by the Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office: (Persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and charges made upon initial arrest may be amended or dismissed as determined by the Court:

March 24 — 4:07 a.m.: A deputy assisted a motorist near milepost 245 on Highway 310.

8:38 a.m.: An officer assisted in a civil matter at the Wheel’s Motel in Greybull.

8:54 p.m.: AN officer performed community relations for a school trip at Antelope Butte.

12:23 p.m.: An officer assisted in a civil matter on Road 26 1/2.

2:09 p.m.: A possible out-of-control controlled burn in the Manderson area was reported.

5:20 p.m.: An officer assisted the Basin Police Department on South Fourth Street in Basin.

6:17 p.m.: An officer assisted the Greybull Police Department on a possible missing person case.

March 25 — An out-of-control controlled burn in the Burlington area was reported.

2:20 p.m.: A traffic stop near milepost 189 on Highway 20 South resulted in the issuance of a citation.

3:25 p.m.: Michael Joseph Hopkinson was arrested on a warrant.

4:16 p.m.: The sheriff’s office received a report of a white pickup being driven very fast on U.S. Highway 14-16-20.

5:17 p.m.: Horses were out on Lane 36 near Burlington.

9:17 p.m.: A fire at the intersection of U.S. Highway 14-16-20 and Road 11 in Burlington was reported.

March 26 — 3:43 a.m.: An officer assisted another agency — the Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office in Montana.

8:35 a.m.: The sheriff’s office received a report of dogs possibly being neglected on West Poplar Avenue in Burlington.

11:01 a.m.: A property damage accident on Beaver Creek Road in the Shell area was reported and investigated.

4:45 p.m.: A motorist assist was provided on Highway 30 in Burlington.

11:01 p.m.: An officer assisted the Greybull Police Department on Sixth Avenue South in Greybull.

March 27 — Kegan Foote was arrested in the Basin area and charged with domestic violence-bodily injury of household member and aggravated assault and battery.

1:38 p.m.: A fire near the dinosaur tracksite on Red Gulch Road was reported.

2:20 p.m.: A property damage accident on Road 24 1/2 near Basin was reported.

4:34 p.m.: A civil matter on Antelope Drive near Greybull required a response.

4:39 p.m.: A civil matter on School Avenue in Manderson required a response.

5:46 p.m.: An officer performed community relations at First Baptist Church in Basin.

6:21 p.m.: Smoke was reportedly coming out of a generator near milepost 17 on Highway 433 in Manderson.

7:10 p.m.: An officer responded to a report of a one-vehicle rollover on Rimrock Road, near Greybull.

March 28 — 9:25 a.m.: An officer assisted DFS on Manderson.

12:36 p.m.: A civil standby was provided on Antelope Drive near Greybull.

5:35 p.m.: An officer assisted the highway patrol on a call near U.S. Highway 14-16-20 and Highway 30 in the Burlington area.

March 30 — A 3-year-old accidentally dialed 911 from a location on West E Street in Basin.

5:41 p.m.: The sheriff’s office was asked to assist in the locating of a stolen truck.

10:16 p.m.: An officer provided an agency assist to the Greybull Police Department on North Sixth Street.

Oscar Garay, Greybull, possession of controlled substance – plant - 3 ounces or less, jail: 15 days, suspended: 15 days, unsupervised probation: 6 months, $570.

Micheal D. Ross, Byron, domestic battery – first offense, jail: 180 days, suspended: 89 days, unsupervised probation: 6 months, $570.

J P G, Lovell, five counts of sexual abuse with a minor second degree actor equal to or greater than 18 years of age/sexual contact with victim under 18 years of age and actor victim’s guardian, five counts incest: parent & adopted child, one count child abuse: responsible for welfare mental injury, all counts bound over.

Clifford Thomas Winters, Otto, unauthorized use of vehicle, jail: 270 days, suspended: 249 days, supervised probation: 1 year, fees: $720, restitution: $6,835.22.

Loretta Lenore Tillett, Lovell, false statement to procure antelope, deer, wolf, black bear, or mountain lion license, $790.

Brett M. Patterson, Greybull, expired temporary license permit/improper registration, $150.

Erhan Beycan, Los Angeles, no tail lights, $100.

Alexander Yeaman, Lovell, theft: deprive – under $1,000, jail: 180 days, suspended: 110 days, supervised probation: 6 months, $220; criminal entry, jail: 180 days, suspended: 110 days, supervised probation: 6 months, $220.
