UPDATE: FOUND – Missing Person: Phillip Alan Whaley, 87

[caption id="attachment_6463" align="alignleft" width="200"] Phillip Alan Whaley[/caption]From the Lovell Police Department:Phillip Whaley, 87 of Lovell, WY who had been missing since June 27, 2013 has been found alive in Big Horn County, MT.Whaley was found near his disabled vehicle approximately 35 miles north of Lovell, WY on July 5, 2013. A group of horseback riders located Whaley and his vehicle and notified law enforcement. A Life Flight Helicopter from Billings, MT was dispatched to the scene and transported Whaley to a Billings hospital.The Lovell Police Department and Big Horn County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the public for all their assistance in sharing information about this investigation. Also thank you to the Big Horn County Search and Rescue volunteers for their assistance.Authorities said foul play is not suspected. Phillip Alan Whaley, 87 years old, was last seen Friday, June 28, 2013.
