The following calls were received by the Basin Police Department last week (Persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and charges made upon initial arrest may be amended or dismissed as determined by the County Attorney):
May 27 —  Business check was done at Town Hall.
Traffic complaint on US Highway 16/20 South.
Business check was done at Overland Express Mart.
May 28— Two VIN inspections were done at the Big Horn County Sheriffs Office (BHCSO).
Officer assisted the 5K fun run at Gottsche Rehab and Therapy Clinic.
May 29 — BHCSO received a call to do a welfare check on a person walking on Golf Course Road, Basin Police Department assisted
Property damage occurred at South Ninth Street and Willow Drive.
Two VIN inspections were done at the BHCSO.
Extra patrol was done at Mount View Cemetery.
Extra patrol was done at Wyoming Retirement Center (WRC).
May 30 — A disturbance on North Sixth Street.
A VIN inspection was done at South Ninth Street.
Three VIN inspection were done at BHCSO.
Business check was done at Mountain Mechanics.
Business check was done at Valley Hardware.
Lost dog wandered into the Big Horn Ambulance Bay on North Sixth Street.
May 31 — Business check was done at Big Horn Co-op.
Assisted general public at the WRC.
Community relations at Washington Park.
Possible theft on South Eighth Street.
June 1 — Officer assisted the public at Washington Park for the Lilac Days event.
Suspicious person at the Overland Express Mart
Business check was done at the Overland Express Mart.
Extra patrol was done at Rue Avenue.
Field contact intitated activity at First Baptist Church.
Business check was done at Family Dollar.
Extra patrol was done at Mount View Cemetery.
June 2 — Two ordinance violations were given on North Sixth Street.
Ordinance violation was given on North Seventh Street.
Business check was done at the Overland Express Mart.
Officer assisted general public on South Fourth Street.
Extra patrol was done at the school.
A business check was done at Basin Town Hall.
Extra patrol was done at Mount View Cemetery.
