Nicholas Smith and Christina Anderson, of Basin, are the parents of an 8-pound, 1-ounce baby girl, Emily Grace Smith. She was born Nov. 19, 2025, at 3:32 p.m. at Cody Regional Health in Cody. Emily measured 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Charlene Anderson and Roice Miles of Basin. Paternal grandparents are Timothy Smith of Casper, Molly Day and Galen Wilson of Glenrock.
