Lady Huskies undefeated in Conference play

The Lady Huskies finished off the regular season schedule with a loss to Greybull and a win against Dubois to solidify their #1 spot in the Northwest Conference, a 22-4-1 overall record and an undefeated conference record.

Tuesday night in Greybull, proved to be an off night for the Lady Huskies as the #2 teams from 1A and 2A faced each other. But a formidable Lady Buffs team threw off Burlington’s game, and they uncharacteristically lost in three games.

Saturday, the Lady Rams jumped to a quick 12-5 lead. Burlington battled their way back in to make it a game but still lost 23-25. They settled in and won the next three to close out the regular season.

The Lady Huskies are ranked #1 in the Northwest Conference and will face #4 from Southwest Conference Arapaho Charter at 1 p.m. on Friday, at the Field House in Lander.
